We offer free delivery on all orders over ₹299. We pay from our pocket for getting the product delivered to you. In fact, we lose a lot of money if your delivery doesn't happen and the product is returned to us.

So when you place your order, please provide complete address and accept the order when the courier partner comes for delivery.

For Prepaid orders: There is no order verification time. We will ship your order within 1 day and we will try to get it delivered to you within 4-5 days.

For Cash on Delivery orders: Please expect 1-2 days for order verification, and another day for processing, and a few more days for delivery. In total, you should have your product within 1 week.

Refund & Return Policy

At Om Hrim Rudraksh, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

No Return & No Refund

• We do not accept returns or provide refunds once an order is placed.
• Orders cannot be cancelled or modified after confirmation.
• Refunds will not be provided for orders that are returned due to an incorrect address, incorrect phone number, customer unavailability, or courier-related delivery issues.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchange only in the following cases:

• You receive the wrong product.
• You receive a damaged or defective product.

How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange, please email us at omhrimrudraksh1500@gmail.com with:

• Your Order ID
• Your Registered Mobile Number
• A complete unedited unboxing video clearly showing the sealed package being opened from start to finish. This video is mandatory for verification.

Exchange Timeline

• Exchange requests must be submitted within 2–3 days of receiving your order.
• Once verified, we will initiate the exchange for the same product.

Note: Exchange requests without a proper unboxing video or after the specified time period may not be accepted.
